It's imperative for all of us, to stop by and have a look at the flash back.....
On 24th Mar 2016 morning, we all staff of Define Aesthetics were set out for an exciting weekend outdoor trip which turned out to be very memorable for us. Beautiful scenic landscapes away from the city noise, and fun-filled conversations is what dominated the pleasant journey. We reached our destination, the Splendour Country, Khadakwasla, Pune at 9.45 AM
After reaching the spot, we were craving for some food, and were immediately served great breakfast, and then soon began to explore the place.
Splendour Country had arranged some really exciting and adventurous TEAM BUILDING GAMES for us. And as fellow employees, we were very thrilled to be a part of it together.
- Passing the ball
We began our first game with this activity with the 'Passing the ball' game. The basic intention was to pass a ball filled from one employee to another with the first person not looking at it and of course not dropping the ball, but listening and following the next person's intructions carefully. It really helped us improve our co-ordination skills and learn an important environmental lesson as well.
- Tug of War
Tug of war, being the most traditional strength game played between two teams, definitely brought out the adreline pumping in us, as all of us got very competitive in it.
After that, we played some great Adventure games. We felt like we were transported in some mini-military training site. These games taught us the importance of physical fitness and will power. Everyone had a blast trying to compete with each other's performance !
- Rock Climbing
With this task, we had to climb the rocky surface constructed there and reach a certain height while maintaining our balance. It was all about maintaining your calm and tugging ahead, with everyone else cheering us on.
- Commando Net
- Burma Bridge
This was the toughest adventurous task, in which we crossed the Burma Bridge which was errected from two end points of a valley. Most of our employees turned out to perform like real Khatron Ke Khilladi contestants when they attempted to cross this bridge successfully and errupt in happiness after this achievement. Needless to say, lots of cheering and shouting followed suit.
- Flying Fox
In this last adventurous task, we literally got the chance to fly like a bird! This was the most exciting experience as the Flying Fox gears enabled us to be fastened to a device which was attached to a long rope, and it took us from Point A to Point B. The most thrilling experience was to watch the beautiful view below as we took flight.
After all that excitement, we had a very delicious lunch. The menu included:
- Paneer Masala
- Fried rice
- Butter milk
- Fruit Salad
